Our facility maintenance services include both interior and exterior services. Reactive and preventative maintenance. Our History

While our firm was founded in 2016, our seniortechnical and management team has been providing similar services to our clients for over three decades. This is derived from many of our partners and directors previously having had involvement and experience in a number of construction and related services firms. Our team has worked in areas such as Residential Estates, Bodies Corporate, Shopping Centres, Offices and Residential Homes. We have worked in maintenance planning, project management, electrical reticulation and infrastructure. Members of the team have been a part of sustainable electrical development in areas such as, Energy efficient retrofits and Renewable energy solutions i.e. Solar PV rooftops and carports.



Our Team

Jandrin Projects comprises of a team of young, passionate, competent and well-qualified individuals who specialises in all aspects in the General Building Contracting Industry. We are based in Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa, but have expanded our operations through-out the Greater Johannesburg area.
